Diaphragm Seals

 A diaphragm seal is a flexible, corrugated membrane that isolates a pressure-measuring instrument from a process fluid.

It acts as a physical barrier, allowing pressure to cross the membrane without letting the process fluid enter the internal components of the sensor.

This mechanism prevents clogging, limits chemical corrosion, and safeguards sensitive instrumentation from extreme operating environments         

 

Widely used in food, drink, and pharmaceutical industries.
