Description
The Type DME 11 pressure transmitter with ceramic membrane is a cost-efficient pressure transmitter for standard applications, for example in the energy field. The measuring pressure acts directly on a ceramic membrane that deforms when pressure is applied. The electronic system integrated into the pressure transmitter housing converts the signal generated by the DMS connector on the ceramic membrane into a standard electrical output signal 0…20 mA, 4…20mA or 0…10V DC

Description
The pressure transducer with its tube spring measuring system is a mechanical pressure meter with a local display and an integrated piezo-resistive sensor for remote transmission of pressure values in the form of a constant analog signal at 0 or 4-20 mA.
The design is such that the electrical output signal is independent of the manometer indicator. A defective manometer will therefore not affect the electrical output signal and vice versa.
The vibration-resistant mechanical construction and high-grade electronic equipment render this pressure transducer suitable for operation under difficult conditions. The oil-filled pressure transducer is a special version recommended for measurements taken at measuring points subject to high dynamic loads such as shocks.
The pressure transducer can also be configured to carry out regulatory and controlling functions in process automation.
The devices can be equipped with electrical limit signal indicators for this purpose. All common diaphragm seal connections can be fitted.

Description
The TCF050D pressure transmitter is suitable for measuring pressure in applications with pulsing pressure and the danger of pressure shocks and cavitation e.g. in barrel filling systems. The piezoresistive measurement cells with ceramic membrane is designed for measurement ranges from 0…1 bar to 0…100bar. The flush-mounted process connections with G1/2“ / M22x1.5 are equipped with the TCF050D pressure transmitter with diaphragm seals and stainless steel membrane. These are ideal for flush-mounting in small pipe nominal widths. High-temperature versions for constant temperatures of up to 200°C are also available. The stainless steel field housing in IP 67 and IP 69K are resistant to all common cleaning procedures.
All TCF050D series pressure transmitter are equipped with a micro-processor controlled electronics system and an accuracy of ≤ ± 0.4% FS. They are parametrised with a simple and user-friendly operating concept via 2 keys and a multi-colour status LED. They are highly suited for applications with basic requirements of functionality and exactness.

Description
The ceramic-sensor-based, flush-mounted pressure transmitters with metal membrane – Type TCS – for relative and absolute pressure with various sensor elements are available with manometer connection or flush-mounted membrane. This connecting concept allows highly overload-resistant pressure measurements and provides high operating safety for industrial process pressure and level measurements.
The devices are cast into stainless steel standard housings and are available according to protection types from IP 65 onwards. High-temperature versions for continuous operation at up to 200 ºC are available. Vacuum-resistance guaranteed. Installation into pipes with small nominal diameters is easily possible, due to the compact design. Appropriate welding sockets and process adaptors can be ordered.
The two process connection variants are G ½ or M22x1.5 with a threaded connection. In addition to the standard housing, a field housing design can be selected (see separate data sheet TCF...).

DESCRIPTION
The flush-mounted TPS pressure transmitters' design makes them ideal for pressure and level measurements with minimal dead space, even in crystallizing or viscous media. The devices, housed in stainless steel housings, are available with IP 65 protection and can be optionally potted. Electrical connection is via a cable socket or, alternatively, an M12 connector. High-temperature versions for continuous operation up to 200 °C are available. Vacuum resistance is guaranteed. The compact standard housing is made of stainless steel. Appropriate weld-in sleeves and application-specific process connections are available.
In addition to flush-mounted versions for sanitary and general industrial applications, versions with pressure gauge connection and attached pressure seals are also available.
The TPS series devices are suitable for many industrial applications due to their wide range of connection options.

Description
The VRM050D pressure transmitter is suitable for measuring the pressure and filling level in pipes. The highly overload safe capacitative measuring cells and the diaphragm seal makes the VRM050D ideal for use in applications with pressure shocks or cavitations such as in separators. Measuring ranges from -1/0…4bar to -1/0…70bar and special measuring ranges are available. The robust construction of the stainless steel field housing in IP 67 and IP 69K withstand aggressive and residue-free cleaning procedures such as those required in the food industry.
All 050D series pressure transmitter are equipped with a micro-processor controlled electronics system and an accuracy of ≤ ± 0.2% FS. They are highly suited for applications with basic requirements of functionality and exactness.
As a process connection, the VRM050D comes equipped with a PZM modular system and is highly suited for applications placing the highest requirements of hygiene. The modular system PZM is certified according to EHEDG type EL-Aseptic Class I and is impermeable to micro-organisms.. The large range of process connection adapters such as the welded-in lugs for pipes, VARIVENT®, DRD flanges, DIN 11851 conical couplings, DIN 32676 clamps, etc. mean that the pressure transmitters can be used for a wide range of uses.
