DIR 100/160 Differential Pressure Manometer

Differential pressure manometer with tube spring meter - Typre DIR

Features

  • round housing ng 100 and 160 mm for chemical use

  • differential pressure Δp can be directly read off

Description

Differential pressure meters of the DIR type with two tube springs are used for simultaneously measuring two different pressures, with direct indication of the differential pressure.

They consist of two tube spring systems that work independently of one another. Each system has its own pressure connection, labelled with + and -. Both types of pressure are transmitted to a double meter with concentric needle shafts. The pressure are indicated via a scale dial and an indicator.

PC100/160 Diaphragm Manometer

Diaphragm manometer EN837-3, 100/160mm version for chemical applications

- Type PC

Features

  • NG 100 and 160 mm with horizontal measuring flange

  • without or with glycerine filling

  • installation of electrical contact devices

  • various pressure connections and materials

Description

Diaphragm manometers with horizontal measuring flanges for chemical applications are suitable for measuring thin liquids (threaded connection G ½ B) and especially contaminated and highly viscous media (e.g. open connection flange) in over- and underpressure ranges from -1 to 0 bar and 0/0.6 - 25 bar. The devices are made from solid stainless steel and are suitable for challenging environments and media. They are highly shock-resistant and have a high level of overpressure protection.
When the device is used in a shock-prone environment, the glycerine filling acts as a shock absorber for all components.
Electrical contacts have been provided for the alarm and switch functions

RC 63/100/160 Bourdon Tube Manometer

Tube spring manometer EN837-1, 63/100/160mm version for chemical applications

- Type RC

Features

  • bayonet housing for chemical applications 63, 100, 160 mm

  • without or with glycerine filling

  • installation of electrical contact devices

  • installation of diaphragm seals for special measuring tasks

Description

The tube spring manometers for chemical applications can be used for almost any medium and under any operating conditions. They fulfil the high quality requirements for almost any industrial use as a result of their high capacity, long service life and high mechanical quality. The devices are used for measuring gaseous and liquid media in ranges from 0 / 0.6 bar and 0 / 1000 bar.
At measuring points under high dynamic load, e.g. rapid load changes or shocks, manometers with a shock-absorbing liquid filling must be used. Diaphragm seals with a flush-mounted membrane can be used for highly viscous media, sanitary applications, etc. The installation of additional devices such as measuring transducers and electrical contact devices is possible (see corresponding data sheets).
